If your employer is not paying you properly, you have the right to stand up for yourself. We know how to help!
We already know you’ve taken the first important step. You are here to learn more about what your rights are (and aren’t). The workers’ rights attorneys at AndersonDodson have put a bunch of information on this website that can serve as a valuable resource to help you get started. Or, of course, you can just contact us, and we’ll walk you through your next steps.
As soon as you’re ready, the next step is to take action — to do something. The good news is, you don’t have to do it alone. AndersonDodson, P.C. is a law firm dedicated to recovering unpaid and underpaid wages on behalf of employees.
If you think there is a chance that you have been underpaid, either on purpose or by accident, we can review your situation, and any documents you have to help determine whether or not you have a case. We do this at no charge to you, and in complete confidentiality so that your employer doesn’t find out about it. Check with us and see! You work too hard to be paid unfairly.
You can. Simply put, on most of our cases, we get paid only when you do. When a company pays you improperly, the law requires them to pay your attorney fees — regardless of how much (or little) they owe you.
Because of this, the attorneys at AndersonDodson are usually able to work on a “contingency fee” basis (meaning that the attorney fees do not come from you, but from the employer at the end of the case).
